Doug was excellent! We had quite aa emergency situation and Doug was here as quickly as possible to help us. He gave us a clear description of the problem, explained what rectification steps were required and clearly identified the costs involved (and what unknowns could end up as additional costs). Extremely thorough with his diagnosis, testing and repairs. Spent quite some time ensuring everything was right and explained all to us. We also appreciated his flexibility and patience in clarifying the invoice. Would definitely recommend Doug at Urban Connect Electrical.
